Fabulous. If we could give six stars we would. Staff were welcoming and friendly, the food was fabulous and just enough to leave you wanting a mouthful more. Great view from lounge bar and ladies toilet. Hard to know what we enjoyed the most but the beef and bread courses were both brilliant. If we lived locally we would be a regular.
Absolutely fantastic restaurant - as soon as we walked out of the lift, the two members of staff looked after us superbly. The food was excellent, the service was second to none and the restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back there next time we're in Newcastle. Thank you to the staff for a lovely day

We had a great lunch, will definitely be back. We had the plant taster menu, would highly recommend, every dish was packed with flavour, we didn’t want to eat it too quickly it tasted that good.Food: 5/5
Great experience very well located inside the Baltic building, excelence cousine and very professional staff. The price is good, regarding to the quality of service and food. You can enjoy an amazing views of the city centre and the river. 100% recommended.
Delicious food, fantastic views, perfect service and great atmosphere. We enjoyed every part of our meal, the food tasted sublime and it was obvious to us that the ingredients were high quality. We attended during their August special, so it’s difficult for us to speak on price but we would have paid double what we did pay. Service was attentive, not invasive and very helpful. Wine selection was good, and well priced too. We will definitely be back, thank you!
The service was second to none. The atmosphere was refined. The views and decor were stunning. The food was soooo good, particularly for only £54 at dinner.

Wow! What can I say, the food and view of the quayside is simply stunning. The precision is visible in the kitchen and with the team running the floor in what can only be described as exceptional. I would consider TASTE OF SIX Six’s flagship tasting menu. truly some of the most flavoursome cuisine I have experienced. The team was sensational. Watching the team engage with their customers was exciting. The cohesion between the kitchen and the front of house was incredible to watch. I recommend this culinary experience. Lovely service staff and excellent food, especially for the price if you come for the lunch special. Absolutely in love with the focaccia they made in house as well. There's clearly a lot of thought put into their food, and has a bit of a modernist flare, very fitting of a restaurant being on the top of a museum and exhibition space. We came here for a little wedding lunch, and they gave the wedding couple some celebratory fudge on a plate which was really sweet. Will come again!
