Fantastic, well run pub/ music venue. Beer, food & music is top rate. The gig room has been recently renovated so there is more space. Bands from all over the World have played here. Sunday lunches are legendary. :-
Went for a gig and the first time I had been but won't be the last. Great bar, cracking selection of beers, and the gig room, although small, has a great atmosphere about it. Its a punks pub and the gigs are mostly punk but it's a nice pub for anyone to pop in.
Great pub and fantastic hosts. Excellent venue for bands tooFood: 5/5
Fantastic venue and pub. Loads of bands on and a very fun friendly crowd. Punks not dead.....we just got a bit deaf and older

Havnt tried the food but love everything else about this place so welcomingService: 5/5
As I walked in I was greeted by a friendly giant of a hound, was served a cold beer, listened to oldschool rock/punk music and had a most excellent meal, what else would I want....definitely coming backFood: 5/5
Great Sunday dinner. Simple food served very well. Two great real ales on tap, and very welcoming hosts.
Great and friendly owner, great prices and especially impressed with their Halloween and Christmas decorations. I also really love their American retro style area in the corner of the bar!!
Went here for the Duncan Reid and the big heads gig, very easy to find, it can be seen from the bus station. Friendly staff and customers, good atmosphere. The concert hall isn't massive but means the gigs are up close and personal. Will definitely be back.
