This is an amazing restaurant that everyone should go and visit. Just up the road from Gateshead metro station it's easy to get too. The owners are fantastic and always chat to us when we go in. The food is amazing!! Loads of great vegan junk food - they also switch it up so your never bored on a revisit. They now serve vegan beers too! I could not recommend this place higher! 8 stars out of 5!!!

Had lunch at the Grumpy Panda. Loved it. The Kingsman veggie sandwich and dirty fries were delicious and really big portions. My wife had the nacho salad and loved it. Friendly smiling staff, good service and lots of choice on the menu. The cakes looked amazing but we had eaten ourselves to a standstill on the main course! I am definitely going back and will leave room for cake next time

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT FOOD AND DRINK. Have visited on three occasions and all have been amazing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the milkshakes and food are brilliant. The service isn’t the fastest but the food is all cooked fresh so this is not a problem. Will definitely keep coming back.

Food here is awesome, I would always suggest that you upgrade the fries and skip the tortilla chips but each is to their own, we went for lunch then breakfast, hands down the best handmade vegan burger patties Iwere top drawer and I've had a few. The breakfast was the best ever I've had whilst eating out this was 428 mile round trip but worth it.

Fantastic meal and totally vegan, the milkshakes are amazing and the burger and fries was very tasty. From the outside it doesnt look like a cafe, once you go inside it has a great atmosphere and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, 5 -10 mins walk from Gateshead metro.
