Porsche Centre Bournemouth

As a first time Porsche owner I wasn't quite sure what to expect that might be different come the car's first service. The result was excellent - it may have been only the first service but it couldn't be easier (unless next door). The video review of the key inspection points was unexpected and provided a view rarely seen; the post event thank you video is a nice customer friendly touch. Thank you Rod Winter, Scott Gardner and the rest of the team. From the reception desk onward "your custom is important to us" is demonstrated.

Today we picked up our second car in 6 months. I didn’t think the first time could be surpassed but it was. Mark was brilliant and knowledgable as always (having been so patient as we tested just about everything) and Paul in parts sorted me out with other toys for the new Cayman. This is the best dealer (main or independent) I’ve dealt with. Thank you!

Often, the best review for any business is when things don't initially go to plan and how the business deals with a (dare I say) a very demanding customer. We have posted here a few months ago following placement of an order for a new vehicle and I have to say that Porsche Bournemouth - Jason, Thomas, Mark have been absolutely exceptional in making sure that everything has gone to plan including delivery some two weeks ahead of schedule. On top of this for a salesman to offer his mobile no. for response to any issues demonstrates a huge level of commitment. Porsche Centre Bournemouth have really exceeded all expectations and come very highly recommended.

Had my first Boxter S delivered last week and I can say that the whole experience of dealing with the sales team was excellent and far exceeded my expectations being the first time dealing with Porsche. Leon was excellent and very welcoming, I would highly recommend them.
