Great venue for entertainment as brilliant dance floor and easy visible stage.
A members club. Not esp. political . Nice snooker room upstairs. Small bright bar and divided off lounge .Drinks prices a bit cheaper than the local pubs. not difficult, as the competition are all Punch taverns!. Usually quite quiet. Good food at reasonable prices usually franchised to an independent chef.At present I think they are "between chefs" but hopefully they will soon be serving food again.

Had a ballet class there,lovely floor.
As member I enjoy the use of 2 snooker tables which I help to maintain. Thete is darts too. Activities such as dancing, bingo, cards, live music and outings. The staff ate friendly and helpful. Car parking is limited and at a reasonable price. There is franchised out catering which is good. For more details see the website.
Excellent night out very friendly people good live music got every body on the floor dancing.
The club is in no political!, it's just a name, There is a fabulous room with a lovely dance floor, A live band Play every saturday night, Visitors are welcome up to four times a year before they have to become a member to enter the club there is a two pound charge pp on a saturday evening for NONE members There is a warm welcome and the price of drinks very competitive. Upstairs is a snooker room with two tables. Food is served tuesday to Sunday lunch times and fish and chips are available on a friday evening once a month.
Fantastic place for food, fun, drinks and entertainment.
Real ale was beautiful
Great place for good beer! Dancing with a live band on Saturday nights.
