Lovely warm welcome and service. The room was very generous in size, clean and recently refurbished to a good standard. We stayed this winter and found the room was warm. Our ground floor room also had direct access to the communal patio area at the back of the hotel which would be lovely in summer. Dogs welcome (at a small charge). You can ask for a ramp for the one step at the front door and the 2 ground floor rooms are very large with a small bathroom (no walk in shower but manageable if you are able to walk a little or have upper body strenght to shuffle in from the floor). It's 's very close walking distance to the beach and town centre. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great hospitality and comfort. Lovely room and stay. Breakfast selection was good and social rooms downstairs comfortable and relaxing. Town and seafront is well within walking distance. Highly recommended.
