Doctor's and nursing staff are good but one of the receptionists is a really rude. I asked for a copy of my blood results which I am legally allowed. She told me no because she wasn't happy to print them and if I wanted them book an appointment for the doctor to print it off!

Usual appointment with the GP is after two weeks. Cervical screening appointment takes even longer! Joke!

Very bitchy receptionist and still can't get through to the surgery after attempting almost 400 times! Absolute joke.

absolute joke this surgery,they tell you to phone 8am you spend an hour getting through only to be told no apps left,only one receptionist to answer the unlimited calls, when you order perscriptions online they are never done on time,need more staff to handle the calls so more people can be dealt with,some of the staff are very rude this surgery needs kick up the backside,will be reporting this surgery,no patient care what so ever
