The online appointment system is a great idea. I know the reception staff also help elderly patients who aren’t computer savvy. Wonderful care from a hard working team.
Can’t praise the staff enough at Low Hill and Bradley Practice. Receptionist suggested on line booking, which was very easy to do. My husband was offered an appointment at Bradley surgery. Receptionist and nurse were very welcoming and friendly. Dr Bagary always takes time to listen to my husband, we came away from the surgery feeling a lot more at ease, Dr Bagarys professionalism is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this Practice and everyone to try on line booking. Robert Price
After being treated so awfully by my last GP I thought I’d give this practice a chance and I have not regretted my decision. The staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough me. Natalie you’re fantastic and have a huge heart and appreciate all you help and concerns. Thanks practice staff you’re all amazing. Keep up the good work please.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star online booking system that doesn’t work get passed from one system to another that still doesn’t work if your elderly god knows how your meant to work that system… refused to book an appointment to see a gp…. Get told one thing and then turn up to actually speak to someone on reception to then get lied to and say no we didn’t tell you that when in fact you did!!!! Told us you been trying to contact us when you haven’t and we have proof that you haven’t!!!! Absolutely Awful attitude from staff avoid this place at all cost have now currently left and found different surgery Maybe some training on attitudes and how to not lie to patients is needed!
After my child being unwell for 2 weeks and showing signs of a bad chest infection I called at 9am Friday morning and 4 hours later Dr bagery advised a telephone appointment on Wednesday absolutely disgusting I asked how to complain and was told I have to email the doctors wife and I suggested this would be a conflict of interests and was told that’s all I can do SHOCKING
This is not a health service its purely a buisness venture ,with patients not even a concern for ,truly disgrace to the nhs .Does not understand or just plainy dont care .The core principles of the nhs are non existence at this practice. Went today after being frustrated yesterday by their appointment system, nice surprise. Advanced nurse Mel, was absolutely fantastic, full MOT and reassurance
Tried the new telephone system today, quite explanatory and caters for patients even if you don't have Internet, If your unsure you can still talk to staff, great progress for practice and patients.
Very nice doctors and online appointments system is very good
Terrible system to get an appointment. Receptionists are not helpful. All their answer is fill out online form for an appointment.
