Very disappointed with service. Pre covid service was great, but now looks like they getting bonuses for each refused person. Monday was calling for my mom's sick note, been told to wait till Friday. Ranged back Friday been told still no sick note, need to wait for Monday!! When I went there to pickup my prescription by one of receptionist been told am not that person on prescription so I can't take it. Service is a joke!!! To get appointment in these days mission impossible !!!
This is a doctor surgery i went for flu jab for my 8 yr old son. They booked a appointment i was waitng They run out. To get a appointment i have to call 111 to get to talk the doctor about a child rubbish.
Disgusting service. They never answering phone call, i rang them today, i was on phone 1h and nothing, always its same, the peoples can die but the dont care, My mum last year was just before 9 am. She asked why they havent answer phone call they said theyvare busy, They was drinking cofffe and laughing, Its time to chage GP.
This used to be my GP since I was little. Pre covid it was great , never had an issue with getting appointments. Now they don’t seem to give a care. I was on the phone bang on 8 and waited 40 minutes just to be told there’s no appointments and Dr Kehler only works Thursday and Friday
I have genuinely never experienced anything quite as desperate as the last 3 weeks of calling this joke of an institution begging for an appointment every single morning. Clear a full hour at least just for them to turn you away. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Still no appointment. They should be closed down and money put into other uses. Disgusting doesn't even come close to cutting it.
Called to ask if it was possible to schedule a call with the doctor. Didn’t necessarily want same day just a possible date. Was told no, don’t have any for today and can’t schedule. Never even asked what the issue was
Waiting time to see a GP can be a long process. You never go into your appointment on time.
I think everyone at this surgery needs to be trained in communication, customer skills confidentiality GDPR my two year old niece as better manners than the receptionist at this surgery I'm very disappointed in this surgery I'm choosing to leave and go to a new surgery due to everyone is very unprofessional. On three occasions when ive been able to get an appointment whilst sat waiting for an appointment I've heard receptionist talking very loudly about a patient personal result and on two occasions I've confronted the receptionist and told them to stop discussing someones personal business the main reason for leaving is lack of appointments and having been put on antibiotics on more than two occasions after having to go to a walk because doctors couldn't get me in is a joke.
After month's of suffering with a skin condition I'm pleased to say Dr kheller straight to the point was spot on sorry if I've missed spleat your name,he said treatment would work and it as Reception staff very friendly Glad I changed Doctors
I'd give the admin and nurses five stars, but the doctors bring them down. It's assumed that you just don't want to work and you're judged wrongly. The stress of this triggers cravings for the foods that are bad for your condition, making things worse. A part of you WANTS to prove the doctors wrong and hopes that you'll have some more visibly obvious symptoms, which is so backwards. Disease would be less rampant in this country and the economy would be better off if we were listened to, and supported with our conditions and diagnosed early. No-one wants to be out of work struggling financially and feeling useless! Doctors are overpaid and under regulated. A good doctor is worth their weight in gold. Thank God I went and found one.
