The doctor is great! However the receptionists don't seem to know how to pick up a phone, was calling for 12 MINUTES! Ended up going in to ask for results 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 if they knew how to do their job the practice would be a lot better

Very unsympathetic. Accused me of faking my injury even though it was very serious. Reception staff never seem to answer the phone.

Individually the staff are fine. Overall the practice is a shambles and the booking system is a disgrace. They only allow booking of appointments up to four weeks in advance (why?) and they are permanently fully booked. Every time you try to make an appointment you are told to phone back the following Monday once they've opened up another week in their diary. On the last three occasions my family needed appointments we started phoning on Monday morning as requested. It took between 45mins and up to TWO HOURS to get through (repeatedly phoning and being cut off after 10mins or so listening to it ringing out) only to be told that the new week in the diary was already filled and to please phone back in another week. In an emergency they will find an appointment, but if you need any kind of routine or on-going care, forget it. If there was another practice in the area with an open list I would move in a heartbeat - there's no guarantee that it will be any better, but it absolutely couldn't be any worse.

Doctor kainth is great. Trying to even get through is a joke! I've tried ringing this morning to confirm the time of my appointment to be on hold to get through for half an hour. Would be quicker by carrier pidgeon or posting a letter.
