I’ve been with this practice 20 years it’s and it’s had some changes and so have all surgeries Having to book appointments on the day is sometimes a hassle but it must save a lot of appointments going to waste . I find it the new surgery's new receptionists to be a breath of fresh air they sound a-lot happier and are a-lot more helpful.All of our doctors are brilliant and will do everything they can to help. Keep up the good work it’s appreciated xx
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this GP practice. It’s been impossible to book an appointment, despite trying for weeks. The phone lines are always busy, and when I finally get through, appointments are gone at 8:03, I completely understand how busy GP practices can be as a fellow doctor, but the service here is unacceptable I would not recommend this practice to anyone until they significantly improve their booking system!
If I could leave no stars, I would. This practice is a complete waste of time. I made 176 calls before 8:05, and then it says no appointments left today. How is this possible when the line opens at 8 a.m.? Instead of having a fancy new building, try sorting out actually seeing patients.nSomething needs to be done as i have said how can all appointments be gone in less than 5 minutes ?
The receptionist have no idea about Active Listening, Duty of Care and they can't do simplest task as a change of surname!!! I don't know how it comes that they don't book appointments in advance, for someone who works full-time and with a bit of distance from Wolverhampton I need to have appointments in advance that I can manage my daily tasks!!! Obviously this is something that doesn't happen there. I don't want to go to the details that one of the GPS at Prestbury surgery nearly killed me while was removing a cyst from my head! And how the handled it , I hope someone can check this gp and make it better for the people that will carry on using it.
You can never get an appointment here even though you start phoning at 8am by 8.08 all the appointments are gone but if you're lucky and I mean very lucky to get one the doctors are very good but are now using assistants which then needs to ask the doctor if they are correct so your appointment takes longer
