I have been with the practice for 25 years I feel the treatment and support I have received have been excellent.  There have been many changes but they have all been for the benefit of the patients.

Spoken to by the receptionist today in an incredibly rude manner and tone. Rejected some much needed medication that I was told to be on repeat, only to be told that it wasn't. It has taken the best part of 5 years to get a diagnosis and the appropriate medication despite visiting numerous doctors. Formal complaint to follow as this practice needs to be reviewed. Completely dysfunctional.

This is by far the best medical practice that I have attended, myself and my children have had the best care and treatment and the Doctors have listened to my concerns and acted quickly in getting the right care and medication needed. I have found all the reception staff to be very friendly and polite so I highly recommended this surgery.

You can never get appointments or even get through to them on the phone then by the time you get through its fully booked.. lately I've been ringing eveyday for just under a week and haven not even being able to get through.. I've resulted to going to the walk in centres. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Very difficult to get an appointment and then they are rushed. Doctors are not consistent and tell you different things.
