1 week for an appointment, tell them its very inportant you need a doctor they tell you to go to urgent care unit. Go there waist your day as they only refer you back the gp. Gp us always busy or call in sick. Rude reception. Bad service lines are always busy. Under staffed under trained personale. No care from them. If you value your time dont bother waisting it trying to go here. I have now booked another practice surgery. This place is horrible. If i could give no stars i would they are lucky to even get 1 from me

If you value your time, yourself and your sanity I'm telling you to join a different doctors surgery. The receptionists are quite possibly the rudest people I've ever encountered, you can't get an appointment when you need one as it's constantly understaffed, I'm currently waiting 12 days just to see a doctor about medication that I NEED. The only, and I mean only plus side to this surgery is a certain doctor called Dr.Lotsu. He is the best doctor I have ever had and with my health conditions I have seen a hell of a lot. So if you insist on this surgery which I strongly recommend you don't. Make sure you ask for him as your GP.

I would rate this doctor's surgery the best in Wolverhampton they are very understanding sympathetic professional staff and I would like to thank them all for their care of myself and my partner so far and hope to stay under this gp practice for years to come thanks a million to all you wonderful people at Woden Rd surgery Wolverhampton it's a pleasure to be a patient of yours I've been under this practice for almost 3 years and in that time hardly every had any major issues yeah the wait is long and they try to see you as close to your appointment time as is possible but they always say the best things are always worth waiting for

The healthcare profesionals are great. However, the receptionists are not helpful, at times some of them are mean and does not provide proper information.

Terrible doctors not the doctors as there very good but the doctors surgery in general rude reception staff attitudes talk amongst themselves while you are waiting to be seen appointments are terrible asked for appointment was told no u will need to go to walk in got no appointments until 1 week on Friday which was 10 days away so I asked for emergency and I was asked why I asked the reception if she could give me a diagnosis if I told her and she said no but the doctors have said if you don't tell us why you need the appointment you can't have 1 have approached another doctors today as this doctors are just Worce than terrible reception staff don't deserve the jobs there in listened to 1 run patients down while I've sat here waiting to see the doctor for 2 hrs yes 2 hrs came at 4 and now it's 710 shocking I think the doctors.manager should look at the.patients there loosing as they just don't care for there patients Julie you need to sort your girls.out more interested booking there hols and drinking coffee 2 hours I have been sitting here
