we hired an 8-seater minivan and it was an exceptional experience.  the service was flawless.  friendly and helpful staff.  the price was extraordinarily low compared to other companies. The van was new and perfect for us.

Called Friday the 10th to book a 17 seater and details of the booking, said I would call back with details of the driver, was told this was fine and was given a quote. Called back today Friday 17th and was told there was no record of the booking and that if I still wanted the minibus the price would be double. Instead of being apologetic about being quoted wrong and no actual details recorded I was met with a very poor "take it or leave it" attitude. The price increase would have been fine, we would have made it work, if it wasn't for the attitude of the person who answered the phone.

Have hired Luton's and 7.5 ton box vans several times over the years. Always available and good price,never had an issue.

Not recommended. Three days In a row i was there after day one when they said my car is fixed and charged me 72pounds. After that they told me I need to pay 280 to get change one part to get fixed the problem. I wasted my time, petrol money and after the days coming back dropping off and picking up my car they didnt apologized or refunded my money as my car wasn't fixed

Albeit vans are in great condition. They seem to be against you hiring to do longer distance runs,  told 1 of our drivers they would not hire to us again due to going to London albeit they were told this before hire. And charged according to mileage..advertise welcome vehicles going to Europe but this is evidently a lot of rubbish and just to look good. They're is cheaper hires and more friendly staff.

Brilliant service, vans are clean and reliable.will always try to accommodate whatever you need.
