An absolute brilliant restaurant and a testament to the Hungry Horse chain. The portions continue to entertain fill the whole family tummies. I swear the family go so much they should run a loyalty system for frequent visitors, this is however our first visit to this particular restaurant. Great facilities and the staff are lovely and friendly, couldnt do enough to help out. Definitely recommended.
Tables dirty!!! Cutlery disgusting not even been buffed all food in the forks ..... The bacon was fried like it was in a dirty pan glasses always dirty
Although this is a relatively new venue the interior and furnishings in general are looking a little tired. The table and chairs that I sat at could have been cleaner. The service was slow although it did not appear to be busy, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was ok, but not great. It is what it is generic pub grub nothing more nothing less and only just represents value for money. This is just an average no frills pub restaurant and as long as your not expecting too much you shouldn't be overly disappointed.
Love it here! We come every week for breakfast, and the staff are always wonderful and accommodating. Food is always out promptly, value for money is amazing and the staff go out of their way to make sure everything is okay, and that we are happy.
Me and my partner thought we would go there for a nice meal we ordered fish and chips. There was no fish only batter. It was the worst fish I have ever had. When I complained I was asked if we would like a drink as a sorry. We waited 30 for the drink that did not come. Would never go there again. Complete rubbish food.
I have been to this restaurant twice and both occasions they failed to deliver good food. The quality was too low and they were just preparing the food just for name sake. The staff seems bit unwelcoming, may be due to the fact that I am from other country or something else. Overall, I decided not to go to this restaurant in future. Others might have a different opinion towards this restaurant.
Really lovely place! Staff very efficient and friendly, booked a table and food was great! Naomi paid extra attention to our table and really looked after us all. We cannot wait to return for our next big family event.
Good staff. Food OK. Decor a little tired but would go again.
Had breakfast a few times here. Was an OK breakfast for the price, nicely cooked and hot. Few times I've been in and always seems like the coffee machine is always broken, maybe get some instant sachets to offer as an alternative if the machine keeps braking as you could make tea so hot water wasn't an issue. All in all an alright place to visit.
