Over De Flames

Had a quote and followed it up based on other firms availability. I found the service very good overall and would recommend them. On the survey prior to quotation they found an issue left by previous installer. They explained everything as needed and were very accommodating.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Quoted me for a wood burner and flu paid a deposit .They turned up at 11.30, when I was told they were going to be there at 8! to fit the wood burner They then demanded an extra £1000 as they had messed up on there quotes. A very rude man. I would urge people to not use this company after the service I had. Lucky I have not taken them to court for this

Man behind the counter sat 20th Oct 2018 appeared to be annoyed and raised his eyebrows, and seeking disapproval of me from his other customers in the shop at the time, when I was wanting to spend money in his shop as if I was an incovience to him as I was only wanting some spares Won’t be going again

Visited today for some help on a stove I was refurbishing. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, highly recommended.
