Visited Burgess Hill shop on Monday 16-01-23 and the staff were very polite and helpful  WELL DONE Shoe zone

I was in your Burgess Hill store around midday on Saturday 18th of September when the incident happened as per the review I took a pair off boots to the till after seeing them saying mrp 30 you pay 19.99 taking them to the till which showed them as 24.99 on the display, so I showed them the tag to be told thats an rrp not the price so I told the man that's what it says reading the tag: " you pay 19.99" to which he said no, no you pay 24.99 as it says on the shelf, we argued as I said it's a clearly labelled price so I should not pay more. The server was adamant I could not have them and would have to pay the till price and he looked shocked when I left the shop with out paying more than the labeled price on the item, leaving the boots on the til.  I then advised he should check the rest of the tags as that was clearly false advertising.  I hope this helps as to be honest I am not sure I want to shop in shoezone again following the way I was spoken to and made to feel like I was in the wrong when the item was priced incorrectly on a pre printed label.  Already left this review once had a management reply and now the review is missing

Go in there quite often to buy my work boots such nice friendly staff always smiling and polite, the manager is always polite and willing to help, wouldnt buy from anywhere else keep up the good work guys

If you are looking for a shoe shop which doesn't make half sizes head this way. Only full sizes available. They don't do kids insoles as well. Staff is annoyed of your questions and don't count on smile from them. Only good thing are prices. But shoes are very basic and quality match the price unfortunately.

Apparently the price in the lable doesn't count! Brought 2 pairs of trainers one of them clearly had £9.99 on the tag however after paying I realised I had been over charged so went back in to tell them and apparently although it says £9.99 on the label for the shoes it's what's on the pole that actually counts???

No parking or toilets in here but they are all accessible from the shopping centre anyway. Situated on the ground floor. Easy disabled access. They sell shoes and shoe related products and plenty of them.

Great place to go for shoes

Love the sandals I bought for my daughter so i bought another pair as kick around & 1 for nicer my 2 year old will destroy them but they are good prices and great designs now much better
