A great clothing shop. Fairly large store, well stocked and friendly staff.
A few weeks ago on a Sunday, I went into new look to take a return I got on the net. The girl that served me was really helpful and sweet. Whilst in store I ended up buying a couple of things, as you do and I needed some help with sizing and looking for something and two girls in the shop floor could not have been more helpful ! They were really nice and went out of their way to help me and to be honest being that I’m 60yrs old I was surprised they went to so much trouble as it’s really a shop for the younger generation. I can’t praise them enough. Lovely girls and a great shop. !

Clean and tidy with pleasant staff. Not many plus sizes or size 18 in stock, but that's just supply and demand. Mostly aimed at early 20s and under so less likely to do plus sizes. Sometimes the rails can be crammed with so many hangars it can be tricky to look at labels or take a garment from it without knocking more off. I usually find something I love each visit
Fantastic store for such a small town. One of my favourite New Look stores in the area. There's one particular Sales Advisor who is always so helpful, chatty, friendly and attentive, who always helps me to find what I'm after. Store always looks clean, tidy and is merchandised clearly.
Standard new look shop very clean and organized. Plenty of staff to help when needed. As a man i dont have much to say obout the clothes but my partner is a big fan off their reasonably priced clothes and they are good quality
Nice big shop but hardly anything over a size 14.
So far, everyone y time I've been to this branch I've been pleasantly surprised with the selection of clothing. Always want to buy way more than I should!! Nice staff too. The wait times can be a bit long.
