This shoe store deserves a 5 star review given the quality & efficiency of its service to customers. Richard answered my email query very quickly. The Loakes boots I ordered were a good price, great quality & delivered via courier within a few days to Ireland. Couldn't ask for more!

A proper shoe shop with a surprisingly large range of shoes and boots sold by a gentleman who knows his onions. Unhurried, all the advice you need and you get to try your shoes on from the comfort of a leather Chesterfield sofa. I can't think of another shop like this in the region. I shall probably return even though my new shoes will last for years.

Fast and efficient despatch with product arriving on stated day in good condition. Only a slightly clunky web site (payment section) prevents a 5 star review.
