Enormous queues, only one member of staff. Very poor stock. Unprepared to order anything in unless paid for first but can't say how long it will take to arrive. Items will not be in before the start of term. Badly run with a string of angry customers and staff / management who clearly don't care. Simply the worst clothes shop I have ever been in. If they did not have a monopoly of being an exclusive supplier, I am sure they would be out of business. Utterly terrible.

The customer service made my mother feel extremely angry. An extremely unpleasant man made us spend more than we had to because he didn't subtract the offers right and insisted he had done it correctly. he gave my mother the receipt and ran off. sure enough, after all the arguing, he had done it wrong and had taken advantage of my mother. Good place when sales are not on, though.

Bought a school blazer for my son and ripped in the arm by the seam, send it back and they said it's nothing they could do, so had to pick it up. Bought school uniform from Broad Bridges in the past and they fix it and short it for free

Always have what my eight year old daughter needs. Brownies, school etc. Good quality clothing.
