Outstanding service by Tanya, in the Lewes store, who checked and phoned stores to check on some boots that had sold out on-line. Whoever does the training for customer service in this particular store, makes it stand out from the rest of shockingly bad customer service in general that we have in this country. :)

The assistants were amazingly friendly and most certainly went out of their way to give the information I needed, i was just looking and they knew that, they still made i tried on several pairs of shoes to help me make a choice. As a result i will more than likely buy my new shoes from this shop
