Great service and help with trying to find the perfect fit and style of school shoes.
Took our boy to get his feet measured for the first time and to get his first pair of shoes. The lady was really helpful. Only downside is the high price but then that is to be expected when you go into a shop like this

Brilliant - not a huge store but have always found a good choice and I find their shoes are the most comfortable and wear well. Bright well kept shop with very helpful friendly staff.
The shoe I wanted was not in my size and the lovely young lady assistant offered to find out if it was available. As I was in a rush I said I would find it online and order it and she wrote down the shoe details for me. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
Staff friendly and so helpful
We went here on a Saturday afternoon. Although the store was empty the manager was rude and disinterested preferring to focus on some other task. She was also curt and dismissive to a young member of staff. Very poor customer service which does not encourage repeat business. We will go elsewhere next time.
