I don't have enough words to describe  how perfect this place was in every single way. The huge room was gorgeous, all the staff was so friendly and professional and the dinner was cooked to perfection. I felt like a princess in this beautiful festive decorated hotel! Well done and a big thank you to all the staff!

Loved having afternoon tea this afternoon with my mum. She was married in Sherbrooke in 1968 and I was married there in 2000. Just as beautiful, if not more so now! The cakes were delicious. Thank You!

Popular venue for weddings, meetings and first dates, by all accounts. Not where I’d choose personally if I were trying to impress someone special, however, as it’s all a bit ‘packaged’. Reminds me of Stakis circa 70s. Also, in the evenings, the glare from the security lighting outside is a bit distracting from inside the bar. But, good for what it’s designed for so can’t moan too much. Staff were nice.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. 5 minutes on train into the centre of Glasgow. Friendly and good food.

We were there for a very good friend's daughter's wedding. The food was very good the setting is lovely and also very central on the south side of Glasgow.  The staff did their job well but need to smile more like they enjoy their work not look like when do I finish look. If you visit here take plenty of money for your food and drink you'll need it.
