This is truly a fantastic gym!! After being new to the area and wanting to find a new gym which can be daunting when you don't know anyone I came to shapes and never felt more at home!!
Not only are the facilities within the gym great there is such diversity within the classes and extra activities that are available to all its members that make this gym an exciting place to train. 
Instructors are always vibrant and push their members to train to their best ability, they are constantly adapting improving and changing training methods to create a constant excitement within all the classes which makes the gym a great place to work out.
I am now a full member, I take part in most classes when work allows and I also have private one on one PT sessions......Summer bikini body here I come!

Fabulous gym, friendly, small enough to care, large enough that you don't have to wait for equipment.  The instructors are knowledgeable, and get to know you as a person, rather than just another "gym user" - so you get tailored advice even when you just ask "how do I use this?" Good range of equipment and free weights - suitable from total newbie to experienced gym goer!

This is quite simply the best gym I have ever been to . It's run by people who have a genuine interest in improvement . Daniel and Hayley who own it have created a team of people who can inspire even the truly hopeless I know I am one of them . It's the only place I have ever had consistent results from , because it's small the team actually know all their clients personally which is rare . There is constant change there the classes are excellent and are changed every month so you are always moving forward most of the time without realising it . They are totally non judgemental there are no negative comments when you fall off the wagon . quite simply the best !

Great gym with great facilities. Gym staff are really friendly and are always on hand to offer advice or point you in the right direction.
