Disappointing experience. Pool is increasingly hired out for swimming lessons all too often. Complaints procedure lengthy and frustrating.

Fairly good experience using the facilities during my trial membership period, but sadly now in arguements with DW Fitness Preston, regarding a so called unpaid month's membership (Even though i had been advised on my membership expiry date by a member of staff)...and now threatening messages/emails from a debt collection agency, who have now added their own fees! Unbelievable. The amount of money involved is immaterial on this occasion and fortunately, with our business's own legal team now instructed, we are determined to stop this type of attempted 'Bullying' tactics, with full openess of this matter to be played out both in Preston & nationally via Social Media platforms.

Nice gym but unhelpful staff. Refused to honour a free one day pass because I said I didn't want to join right now.

Very Pricey for what is there, i went on a day pass and there was basically one machine per muscle group, there was only one machine for calves and i know you can do them without a machine but its still not good to only have one, lighting is very dark up stairs and and yeah there is a pool but thats probably why it costs so much, wouldn't recommend it, go to lifestyle fitness its only £15.99 a month and has more room and more machines to choose from!

Staff are more "customer first" orientated these days. Equipment is quite dated but, in the main, it works O.K. One irritating point is that the new cafe franchise emits pungent cafe smells throughout the gym on occasions.
