If you are new too Bodybuilding or Experienced we can cater for all.
Sas gym is run by a practicing Bodybuilder, and all the staff can help to ensure your workout, supplements and information is tailored to you.

Does everything it says on the tin. Good gym good people
I've only been at this gym about a month or so since moving from Banks Leisure centre which was holding me back due to the lack of proper equipment. Tommy the owner was very welcoming on my first session and you get your first session for free as a kind of taster and it's £25 a month after that, no direct debit setup needed unless you want to have access 24 hours which the gym can accommodate. There is ample parking as it is on an industrial estate and out of normal business hours there's always plenty of free spots. It is packed full of equipment which allows you to train thoroughly and enables you to reach your potential. There's a lot of experienced guys and girls who go there who you can tell are seriously in to lifting but I wouldn't let this put anyone off who's new, I'm still fairly new myself and nobody was unpleasant or intimidating to be around! Whether you're old, young, experienced or new just get down there and crack on!!
Great gym. Always very friendly and welcoming and a great range of equipment. All members and gym users are respectful and the gym is always clean and safe.
£5 pay as you go is over the top. Place needs a hoover. Decent spit and sawdust style kit though with lots of variety.
A true bodybuilders gym that really knows their stuff. I was really impressed with their knowledge that they use to help people both generally get fit and the more advanced bodybuilders. The best 24hr gym in the area.
