Member here for two year and just left. Personal Trainers take cash on the floor (against policy), outside area often unclean including used plasters on outside furniture, food prices expensive, staff are really unhappy, General Manager not much interested in dealing with customers concerns, members don't return their weights, members park in disability and parent and child spots and shouldn't, high rate of staff turnover. I am glad to leave.
