I really enjoy the classes here and it is great value for money. All the instructors are friendly and professional. Ann and John are great and work very hard, always nice to be welcomed by a friendly face.
As a customer when I arrive at the Leisure Centre, all I hope to receive is a smile and a good morning. Sadly the staff don't care about friendliness. They have this ridiculous system that you have to hand them your entry tag to get swiped in. A more modern system where you the customer can swipe yourself in on a turn style would be so much better. The problem with this system is that they then have to interact with the customer. If I had a pound for the amount of times I have had staff on the phone or talking to their colleagues who don't even acknowledge you except for just an open palm waiting for the card. Even when staff are just sitting on their chair behind the desk doing nothing some don't even say hello. Its extremely rude!! There is one older chap I think he is in charge who is very friendly and even uses my name which gives it a personal touch but really most of the staff shouldn't be in jobs where they need to deal with customers!!! Good facilities. Nice gym.
A good range of activities to be enjoyed here. The gym is well equipped with modern equipment ranging from treadmills to free weights. The facility's are normally clean with helpful staff alwsys on hand A range of organised classes are available covering a wide range of activists from spinning to yoga. My only complaint is that when we have used the badminton courts in the past, the floor has been dusty making grip an issue.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good range of equipment and gym area very clean and organised.
Went here for 1st time for a workout class, was really good. Staff lovely.
