A glorified sandwich shop specialising in smoked-in-house pulled pork and beef pastrami. And daily street food specials. Everything made from scratch each morning. When it's gone, it's gone.

Amazingly good food. Bbq was tender and pull-able Simon experienced bbq in south Carolina. They smoke their own meats out-back. I had the daily meaty special. Outstanding combination of smoked pork and beef. I also had the Reuben. I met the baker, Jim, dropped off the rye rolls as I waited. Swiss, Swedish mustard and again, tender smoked beef. Nice people to boot.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I had the beef brisket sandwich. The BEST sandwich I have ever had! I would highly recommend this place.

Delicious, tastefull, great atmosphere, lovely staff. such a fantastic difference from typical English beige food, chip shops and kebabs. Will come again whenever next in York! Great job!

Was excited to see the Uber juice back on the menu as used to buy a lot very tasty, sadly after watching the lady make the juice with very tiny amount of broccoli, avocado, apple, didn’t see any celery or spinach going into the blender felt very ripped off at £5.50!

Just a few options in the menu (what I consider a good sign), but the two items we tried (pulled pork sandwich and home-made pastrami sandwich) were very very good! I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick sandwich for lunch
