"The Seven Wives is a large traditional community pub situated in a prominent position in the affluent town of St Ives, less than 12 miles from Cambridge city centre. The pub is close to local amenities and within walking distance for local residents. It has become popular with local sports enthusiasts and is the place to be to watch the latest football matches and live sports. Front is laid patio for seating of around 50 people which in the summer periods we have local bands playing outside, At the rear we offer large carpark with enclosed child friendly garden and seating for up to 100 people, Family days are always great with bouncy castle and barbecues."

This was a lovely little find in St Ives! we was looking for a family friendly pubwith facilities for kids and food also. our party was 4 adults and a 3 year old! We was pleasantly surprised and shocked to find what we walked into! This place looked amazing and provided us with exactly what we was looking for and more!! They had converted the car park for an outside pub area during pandemic and this was absolutely beautiful to walk into on the hottest day this week when it was 31 degreeze. They had a beautiful set up of a canopy wooden beams fairy lights , decorations around , tables and chairs, stage, 3 t.vs on wall, music a pool table , bar, outside activity for kids , park swings , wooden apparatus and a bouncy castle! The staff was lovely and friendly and prompt with there service. The food was limited in choice but was absolutely delicious and of good quality Worth the money and it tasted so fresh,Morish and delightful. Colourful and good portion size! I would deffinatly recommend this place and we will deffinatly be returning it's too amazing not to. You need to see it to understand. Would be ideal for weddings and parties as they also have hog roast and nachos, Thursday Friday and Saturdays , different events on different days! We are deffinatly going back! Thank you soo much seven wives for such a lovely time at your amazing establishment. . Highly recommend!
Despite living in St Ives for over 10 years, this was my first visit here, on a family visit for Sunday lunch. There are 2 options of roast beef and turkey with other dishes including kids menu too. I has the beef roast which was delicious. We were all very happy with the food, it wasn't expensive £65 for the 4 of us including mains, deserts, and drinks and the service was spot on too. We most definitely won't wait another 10 years before coming back.
This is a very standard pub with all the obvious lagers and ciders on tap. It is well maintained and clean, with a vibrant atmosphere. There was nothing on the drinks selection that excited or astounded, but equally, nothing to offend. It has parking, which is handy because I was there for the food truck Pig Casso's which was a 5/5.
Lovely place to drink and eat.. staff are really friendly really welcoming pub. And good music and events. Always something going on there most of the time. and the new taco bar is amazing full of flavour and fresh and good value for money! well done you lot

Midweek pint on a pleasant afternoon. This place is working hard to serve the local community. There’s a lovely sunny patio out front and a large beer garden out back and plenty of parking behind the building. My experience was good. Didn’t have any food so this is just based on my pint, ambiance on the patio and interaction with the staff.
This is a big pub with a large outside area and play area for children, would recommend at least a visit to see. Not eaten here so not sure about the food, also has pool tables in and out. 8/10

Fantastic family food, pub, bar, and has a very spacious garden, with play area, and bouncy castle. There is also an outdoor area fit with bar and stage, which was used for a friends birthday celebration. Down to earth owners, and fab friendly staff, fast service, and lots of smiles all around. This is why I have visited a number of times now, day and evening, and with family, children, and friends alike.
Wonderful for drinking out with friends. Staff and management for Seven Wives are very friendly.
