Step back in time in this charming, friendly pub. The atmosphere, service and even quality of light seem to speak of past times. Asking for the wifi code felt anachronistic! I didn't have anything more than a lemonade, but the food looked good and I'm told the beers are very fine.
This tiny intimate pub is a gem. Serving the most amazing food! Everyone loved their meal … the Steak sandwich is huge
Fantastic pub, peaceful and calm. A "hidden gem" tucked away behind the Royal Courts of Justice. Full of great photos from the hedonistic days of London in the 50s and 60s. Great Adnams Broadside at under a fiver!
Tiny pub with laid back atmosphere. Perfect for a quiet pint or glass of wine. Can comfortably sit a dozen inside, or two dozen uncomfortably! Food is basic but there's an interesting selection of books to pass the time.
One of the oldest pubs in London, right behind Royal Courts of Justice. Their food is absolutely amazing, outstanding even. You can close your eyes and poke at the board-cant go wrong. Food changes all the time. Dog friendly and open 7 days a week. One of my favourite places in town
A very buzzing place where a beer makes sense and feeling in another era is the right approach. There is not even one faulty thing about this place I can think about it.
If you know you know. If you don’t know! You need to get to know this gaff on the double. So do yourself a favour, get your diary out and pencil in a visit to this fine establishment as it’s absolutely wonderful!!
Cozy, silent place, nice high tables and chairs outside. Good location. Friendly staff. Atmospheric. Wish there was more beers to choose.
Great hidden little secret, nice quirky pub that has a cat with a ruff! Decent enough selection of beers, it's quite small so cosy when not too busy but if busy or with a big group you're best standing outside, which is also good as you're on the back of the royal courts of justice so cool setting and a quiet street. Great alternative pub that's great to support over going to the big chains nearby.
My family and I had lunch at the Seven Stars. Their vegan options wete simply delicious. The place was close to the Courts.
