Great pub - traditional and a bit " spit n sawdust " in there which is why I love it , and Football days have a great atmosphere. Landlord knows how to run a pub - serves people in order not locals first and staff keep an eye on who's next in line to be served , sounds obvious, but that's rare these days - Proper decent boozer .
This is really one of the last traditional pubs. Lovely, friendly staff, particularly Pat, are amazing. They held my Dad’s wake there as it was his local and they went above and beyond. Thank you.

This is one of the last old pubs in the area, the juke box has a great selection of music genre. The staff are very friendly and are welcoming to new faces, there's pool darts and a bit of a sing song sometimes, also great chilled wines and prossecco all at reasonable prices, enjoy
Local pub good crowd on a match day
Popped in very early afternoon midweek. From memory it was £4.10 for a Kronenbourg. The Irish lady behind the bar was polite and friendly. The quality of the lager was spot on. The pub has a pool table and shows horse racing during the day. It is a no frills, drinkers' pub. Given the area, I am not not sure how welcoming the locals would be on a busy friday night. I would go back again though.
Lovely little place food is amazing
Very friendly staff and locals in this traditional pub. Fair choice of drinks at reasonable prices for this area. A well kept Pool table is a bonus.
The pub is where all the Q.P.R supporters gathered before the game with Middlesbrough. The pub is well run and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Such an amazing pub, the staff is amazing and welcoming would really recommend this place it is very clean.
