Sunday roast was excellent. I had the pork belly and it was amazing. Really tender and juicy. Everything served piping hot. Friendly staff and landlord and landlady. Looking forward to the next visit.
A really nice cosy pub, the roasts on Sunday were excellent. It is not too noisy and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food and hosts. I have never been there before, yet the hosts were more than friendly. Very tasty well made food. I'd struggle to name a better pub and food. Looking forward to our next visit.
We stayed here after our day at Goodwood races. All Staff were friendly and helpful from booking over the phone and throughout our stay. The food was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner there. The ensuite bedrooms clean and spacious. The bed very comfortable. Highly recommend
Really great food in a small traditional pub. Lots of outside seating and plenty of it is covered. Dogs welcome in the bar and outside. An unpretentious gem!
Great pub, dog friendly, cosy, fantastic food and the staff greet you like friends. Looking for a paid back pint and something to eat? Go here.
Great pub with great hosts and good food. Sunday roasts are fabulous. They even do great takeaways.
A breath of fresh air. Been past this pub many times but not been in until today. A great welcome from the bosses and staff, the beer was on song and a great atmosphere.
