If u want this as your doctors the doctors are fantastic but there are a couple of receptionists who can b rude and abrupt. The prescription clerk gets things wrong constantly so make sure one of the first things u do is join the online Web site so they can't get them wrong other than that the doctors r great

Never had any issues, receptionists friendly and helpful, the two sisters I have seen have been very caring and professional as is my GP, and I've never been delayed more than five minutes. Nice little play area for children and handy that community midwives, health visitors and podiatrist etc are within the same building

Awful surgery being a patient there myself. They tell you to call at 8am for an appointment, this morning I've called 100+ times to get the line busy tone. Joke.

Never any appointments available. It usually takes a week to get my repeat prescription signed.

The GPs seem to be doing their best but they are clearly working against a self-destructive system, further hindered by an unsympathetic Practice Manager who refuses to accept advice or criticism.
