Worst surgery i have seen..cant get appointment .. keep ringing and no one answering the phone.. after they answer all the appointments gone for the day ring back tomorrow .. same again tomorrow..

Closed on Saturday is a silly day to close. Like myself I work away all week and the one day I can make a doctor's appointment, I can't do. There are many others just like me who are having to take days off work to visit the doctors, which in turn due to a job means I'm off work for nearly a week. Really not liking the fact that most surgeries are closed on weekends.

Good doctors and facility.  Some staff can be rude, most a fine. It can be very difficult to get an appointment aswell.

Our experience of this local "surgery" is positive. As parents of a child with special needs, Quayside have always tried to accommodate us and our quirky needs.
