I am writing a review to say that I have always found the Receptionists helpful. respectful and cheerful . I am a novice carer now to my Mother in law and the Receptionists are really kind with advice , they listen and always point me in the right direction regarding prescriptions etc. This is not my own doctors so have needed a bit of help regarding their systems of appointments, who the Doctors, Nurses are etc. I have just been to get a repeat prescription and Jill was so kind. So people, if your respectful and tolerant of the difficult job they are trying to do , you may find that a smile and general courtesy works much better than a magic wand .

Although the staff are very friendly and polite a new telephone system means a 40+ minute wait with terrible music just for the most basic of information ?? Expect to spend at least an hour on hold to get a telephone assessment prior to getting any appointment ! Terrible system but like I say dedicated and friendly staff within the practice.........could and SHOULD do better for your patients Seaforth doctors surgery.

I have since been contacted by a very nice representative from the practice who explained this ludicrous telephone system is no longer being used so expect a much more prompt service in the future and thank you Seaforth surgery for not only listening to your patients but also for acting so quickly to rectify problems.

Forget the above praise as two weeks after being LIED to that the stupendous triage system was being abolished and that the so called fault with the phone system has been fixed I find myself back to the same systems trying to talk to a human being for advice ???!! This system obviously does not work so why continue with it? Or is it that you have such disregard for your patients that you no longer consider how your systems affect them? Please prove me wrong Seaforth if you can..........but I doubt you'll even bother !

The secretaries are so rude, and the only nice one leave after 6 months! Some of the GPs are very arrogant and have no psychology and compassion, they always looks so pissed off and demotivated! The leader of the practise  nurse left few months ago and she was so rude! One of the practise nurse forgot to give one important vaccine to my son travelling to Uganda and hopefully the pharmacist notice the fault but I got no apologies from anybody.Would love to change practise but not longer available as oversubscribed everywhere!
