Exceptional GP service. Despite the restrictions and challenges of NHS funding and systems they deliver a first class service. Appointments for children whenever needed - never been turned away. Friendly and first class advice from receptionists and from every GP. Modern GP practice at their very best. We are lucky to have them.

Leaving this bad review as I've been on the phone since 8.30 am and haven't been spoken to. The £5 I put on my phone got used waiting, now have £10 on there and still waiting! My daughter needs to see a gp advised by 111!!! Advice, don't call in mornings unless you can afford it. And if very important, you have time to go to an a&e before they pick up the phone!

I used to think this was the best doctors in crowborough but the last year they have majorly gone down hill I Had my sons 8week jabs booked in turned up there and they had been cancelled via phone call which wasn’t myself or my partner so they clearly didn’t check who was calling there security system and computer system is rubbish always breaking and the receptionists don’t have a clue what’s going on it’s the worst doctors surgery I’ve ever been to
