Staffs are amazing, very helpful and professionals. Very clean hotel and relaxing. Perfect location by the seafront. Couldn't ask for more really.

We made our reservation directly with the hotel. We arrived to a warm welcome. On reaching our room we were delighted. Our daughters had conspired with the hotel to make our Ruby Wedding Anniversary very memorable. We had a petal strewn bed, balloons and champagne on ice. Our daughters said the receptionist had been only too happy to oblige. Our room was comfortable and had everything we wanted - including a sea view. Breakfasts for three days was faultless and served promptly and efficiently in a lovely restaurant. The hotel has a well stocked bar where drinks can be purchased during the evening and a comfortable residents lounge is a good place to socialise. The hotel is well located for the Historic Docks and Gunwharf Quays a 45 min level walk away. Thank you for a great stay and an Anniversary we won't forget.

Enjoyed my stay lovely hotel apart from windows wouldn’t shout properly also after finishing work yesterday me and my work colleague came back to hotel to our room to have a relaxing time with the tele on we had someone from the hotel asking if a window fitter could take a look at our windows had no problems with this until when we went out for a walk released the window fitter was sat down stairs with other guest then in the morning he was sat eating breakfast with a logo on his jumper which had nothing to do with window fitting I would like to ask why you would let another random guest come into another guests room I find this extremely rude
