Lovely place. The Kitchen restaurant downstairs doubles as the breakfast room. Florence Arms Gastro pub is almost opposite (same owners) Stayed in room 6. The room could do with a fridge, but other than that, perfect for our needs.

Lovely place to stay. Only reason I have given 4* and not 5* is because the internet is so slow. If they can speed up the internet then I would not be able to fault the place.

Great boutique hotel located in Southsea. Rooms are small but cosy. Breakfast is great and a good selection. Car parking onsite. No safe in rooms. Cleanliness 5/5 Quality 5/5 Price 5/5 Service 5/5 Secuirty 4/5
