We have stayed at the Ocean Hotel Apartments during this August Bank Holiday weekend and had a fantastic time! The hotel is well situated at a prominent seafront location with stunning sea and South Parade Pier views. Very nicely decorated, clean, tidy and well-presented hotel! The hotel staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Thoroughly recommend it and certainly will be back soon for a weekend getaway from London!
By email, i got told the price to stay in the hotel for a couple of weeks. When we arrived the receptionist says that she had made a mistake in the email and then told us we had to pay extra. what makes it even worse is that we had to pay by cash and they wouldn't take any cards. Before we could actually go into the hotel we had to pay the money!!!!!! the light switches in the hall which is dark! are push lights, which only go on for a few seconds then they go out !! The rooms are very bare, no proper wardrobes, showers didn't work , one member of staff particularly very uncaring. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. AVOID IT !
we loved staying at the ocean apartments as the staff are very friendly and help full was very clean ,we have stayed there for the last six years and will keep going back there we would like to thank the staff for everything they did for us and there welcome they gave us ,would advise anyone to stay there as they would be welcomed and well looked after
Great night on Valentines Saturday night function brilliant room good food fabulous entertainment looked after by polite and friendly staff spent with great friends
A very pleasant and good value stay before catching an early ferry.
Clean, quiet, cheap, but if the single room can be more bigger it will be great!
