Owner is very friendly and chatty, doesn't get as much customers as he deserves due to his area being limited by the building going on outside. He has an amazing selection of models, and I was interested on the plane models. Got myself a model and really enjoyed picking one!
Stopped in to try and find a specific Army Painter product. Ian Iain? Sorry! was super helpful and offered attempt to bring my item in for me. Very friendly and warm service and had a great chat afterwards. The shop has lots of hobby products from reputable brands such as Tamiya and Mr. Hobby. Well worth the visit!
Great place to get your models and paints. The owner is very nice and helpful with finding the right things for you, the stock is decent with a lot of tanks, planes and paints. If you are in Glasgow and into history and modelling this is the place for you
Wanted 2 1/72 scale aircraft models and found them straight away. The owner is super friendly and good craic, gave me some tips on an item I bought, I'll definitely pop in on my next visit to Glasgow, even if it's just to chat to the owner
Came here with my 6 year old who has just got into modelling. Lovely shop, really kind and helpful owner who helped us find what we needed. Will definitely be back when next in Glasgow and would recommend to anyone in the area.
Very friendly and welcoming. Great advice about airbrushing and painting in general. Even has Tamiya cement, which is hard to get anywhere outside of Amazon.
Did not have a great deal of stock because there is work being carried out in the street outside the shop which is scheduled to take a year approximately and it has affected access to the business for people with mobility issues who need to park near the shop. The assistant was extremely helpful with advice and tips when he realised I was not experienced in constructing models. I really appreciated that. I bought 2 kits and was very pleased with my purchases. I will return.
Brilliant wee shop. I have always loved scale modelling from my younger years. Finding this shop has given me a wee bit of happiness. My children also go their first scale models to do too. Very kind and caring staff and so generous.
Something for everyone from clip together models to large scale kits with minute detail. There is a good choice of paints to complete your models too. Just off one of the main shopping streets, there is a building site surrounded by metal screening which makes it difficult to see this shop. Make the effort to get there and support this small, local business.
What a lovely shop, fabulous variety of models and materials and an incredibly kind owner who is very passionate about model making and even provided some history about the vehicles I was buying for myself. Would definitely recommend popping in!
