Came in here as I'm sure many do, feeling overwhelmed, daunted and a bit embarrassed... But within 30 seconds I was receiving some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Staff young chap with long hair were happy to spend lots of time explaining the hobby and how to get started without feeling like I was being rinsed for a ton of money. The people working there were also very clearly passionate about the hobby themselves which is incredibly rare in many forms of retail nowadays. Very happy with my experience and my purchases from this visit.
Staff are incredibly friendly as would be expected for a Warhammer shop. Very knowledgeable and great to hold a conversation. Especially for those starting out, or getting back into the hobby.
Friendly staff and knowledgeable, gave a great tutorial in the series and painting. Would recommend for anyone getting started.
Fantastic shop with amazing staff. My 13 year old son has recently taken an interest into Warhammer but didn't know a great deal about it. We visited today and Phrazer took his time explaining the hobby, answering all of our questions and even allowing my son and husband to build and paint their own models. My son hasn't stopped talking about it all day and is currently sat quietly painting his little starter set. I couldn't have asked for any more and want to thank Phrazer again for taking the time and helping to ignite a new spark in my son. Would highly recommend.
Was in the warhammer shop getting some paints for some dnd minis I was painting. Stewart was fantastic, couldn't be more helpful. He - at our request - picked out 25 paints for the six different characters we were painting based on some reference material, and helped us build out a pretty comprehensive set of paints based on the budget we provided. He is super knowledgable and we're excited to go back in and learn more!
I've been regularly visiting the store for a few months now, mostly for the games nights they run, it's always been a pleasure. Everyone who works there is very friendly and approachable. If you ever want any advice about anything about the hobby these are the folks to see.
Welcoming and kind knowledgeable staff, glad to give pointers and geek out about tangential possible interests
Great shop and fantastic staff! Always good for giving tips, tricks, advice and even just having a chat about what you're getting stuck into. The team in the Glasgow shop are a wonderful bunch and I've only ever had positive experiences with them!
Great shop. Everyone is so inviting and knowledgeable. A pleasure anytime I stop by.
Very friendly staff - lovely quick casual chat as browsed.
