Great wee shop went for some advise about getting a snake for my son the guy couldn’t be more helpful. I was concerned about after we got the snake and might need some help but he reassured us that if we ever need any help or info don’t hesitate to come and ask. Will definitely be back to get a snake if I can’t talk my son out of it before then lol.

Guy in the shop very rude, one worded answers, just stared at us when we came in, not welcoming at all. When we decided to buy something - we said to him we would like to pay by card didnt have cash on us at this point he started very dryly the price would be doubled if we wanted to do this. Understandable if small businesses need to charge and extra fee for card, but doubling it - never heard of this! Another reptile shop has been recommended to us so shopping from there next time!
Great little shop, well cared for animals. The owner might come off as a wee bit intimidating but he's a great guy and gives very good advice on ball python care. Excellent snake-sitters too if you need someone to care for your animal while you're elsewhere, they give you updates on how your snake has been feeding and all that. Would recommend for professionals, hobbyists and pet owners all.

Best place to buy an exotic pet. Store members are extremely knowledgeable and help you any way they can. Couldn't recommend higher! Bought numerous snakes and reptiles off of them and couldn't have been happy with each one.
Semi helpful staff, I personally do not think they do this internationally. I think years of people only asking questions and never buying has taken its toll on the staff. Other than that there is an ok range of "exotic" pets. Live food stock is always full and reasonably priced.
Good service, happy to share knowledge about their reptiles and how to get set up to house one. My friend came away with a very handsome crested gecko and all the info she needed to look after it.
Excellent shop for snake/reptile hobbyists. Also has fish and birds and supplies for all. Staff helpful and very knowledgeable. Easy to find at Glasgow's famous 'Barras' in the East End.
Have a great range of reptiles which you don't find commonly in other pet stores, and fish, as well as great products for containing and feeding pets. Also staff were very welcoming and eager to chat.
