Order is over two weeks late, I've now lost hope that it'll ever arrive let alone in time for x-mas, no contact from them, can't get them on the phone, won't respond to emails. Basically I'm out £90 and no Christmas gift.

Been reading other reviews and totally agree. I’ve been waiting on a Christmas order for weeks and am beginning to despair of ever receiving it,let alone in time for Christmas. I’m fed up sending messages but have had no response at all.

Having ordered 3 gillie shirts from this site for a wedding the items have not arrived and trying to contact them is proving impossible we are at our wits end as the wedding is fast approaching.

Still waiting for an order that we placed a while back. The most frustrating thing is the total lack of communication. What's going on?

Bought a hoodie/jacket here and the shoulders were all weird. Thought it was just from hanging up, so I washed it, and it's the same. Can't wear it. Looks ridiculous.

Horrendous customer service. Delivery is over two weeks late, zero response back to calls or emails.

Scottish  need I say any more

They don't respond to emails and the order is constantly delayed. It seems I'll never get it. Where to complain?
