Scootech are the best from start till finish . I cannot be more impressed and thankful to the whole team, but especially Karen , as she was so friendly, , easygoing, helpful and very efficient. She made everything so easy and simple for us to get our beautiful bike, and even more gifted us with a helmet and a bike lock ! ! ! As first time buyers, we are more than happy and highly recommend to everyone !!! Karen you are the best !
I cannot recommend Karen at Scootech City highly enough! After drawing a blank in my local area, I called Scootech about a very particular Vespa I was looking to buy as an upgrade to my existing bike. Although they didn't have it in stock at that time, Karen went above and beyond to source the exact model for me and arrange delivery to my home address, with care and attention every step of the way. For a superb end-to-end service on anything scooter-related, look no further!
Quick review to stress how fantastic Karen was. I spent most of lockdown thinking about getting a MP3 300 hpe. Unlike many other dealerships, Karen was super proactive, extremely helpful and genuinely keen to try and offer a great deal. Karen offered advice on the scooter, financing, right accessories, trackers, insurance recommendations, helmets... She made the whole process so effortless. I only wished I had spoken to her back in March 2020. It would have saved me a lot of leg work and many frustrating conversations. I ended buying a brand-new MP3 with the Piaggio skirt, top box, tracker and alarm. The team of mechanics, and Amedeu in particular, happily spent 45-60 minutes "showing me around the bike" and giving me invaluable practical advice. Karen called me the day after I picked up the scooter to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely continue to use Scootech City for all my future Piaggio needs including the services. Really amazing experience. Thanks Karen!
Bought new Vespa GTS, was a bit tricky to get finance organised, all my own fault but Cara and her team made it happen for me. Couldn't be happier with the outcome, would highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them in the future.
Wow what nice bunch of guys and gals, Starting from Karen, what a gem! Helpful and accommodating with fitting me in on short notice even with their busy schedule. Their lead mechanic is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the trouble shooting process as I do my own tinkering. You can expect great customer and professional service. Great team! Would definitely recommend for any of your scooters needs.
From the onset the staff at Scootech left a favourable impression that will last and deservedly so. They took my MP3 in only yesterday morning and despite their considerable workload, managed to breathe new life into my ailing much cherished machine. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Scootech to anyone looking for a reliable, fast, and cheap service, such a rarity nowadays. Enjoy the drink on me guys!

I have been a customer of Scootech for over 6 years. From the first day I walked in, I have been served with a smile and have received incredible advice. The Mechanics are amazing, very thorough and use the very best parts and machinery. They dont waste time and get on with the job. Karen is brilliant, helpful and makes the whole experience of shopping for helmets or jackets or locks so enjoyable and easy, nothing is a bother. I have ordered custom brakes, exhaust and box for my moped and motorcycles. NEVER EVER HAD ANY ISSUES, they are a great team. Cannot recommend them enough!!!!

Hi guys, I just want to write this review because I think this place really deserves it. I bought a Medley Piaggio 125 and Karen truly looked after me, helping me choose the right scooter for my needs. I have to mention also a very convenient deal on accessories for my scooter.
