Fantastic no nonsense mechanics for all motorcycles initially appears to be scooters etc. Wouldn’t take my money for job that didn’t need doing bad advice from another bike shop. Great advice given regarding ulez certification!
At first I had a very good opinion about the guys. They were friendly good price etc. I asked them to check the braking pads. When I went back to take my motorcycle they told me that they change the rear pad. at first I was impressed because the rear was newer that the front one and they didn't give me the old one to check it as the most of them doing. Anyway I didn't want to ask them to show me the old one because I didnt want to be indiscreet. After two months today I had a flat tyre and I went to a different repair shop and I saw that the rear pad was never changed. This pad couldn't be two months old. I'm really sorry about that.
No-nonsense bike repair shop in an excellent location on the Essex Road only slightly bad in that it doesn't have a parking bay directly outside - so it's pavement or bus-lane at the mercy of Islington's parking wardens. MOT and subsequent work a tyre and rear brake pads was quick and of good quality, reasonably priced. Good advice given. Will return for any more work to be done, and of course the next MOT.

Very honest, pleasant mechanic's that always do an amazing job on all the bikes that I've ever owned. Seems to late though that the phone number no longer works when calling it as it always rings off. Not a complaint, but just so you guys are aware.
Sadly Berwins motorcycles closed what can one say? This is one of those rare gems for anyone who needs to know that they are going to get a good result with an excellent service. These people are not only friendly, but will do all within their power to get you back on the road, and they won't try to feed you any rubbish along the way. Over the years I have used many motorcycle shops that do repairs, and in those years there have been a few that have stood above the rest, for going that little extra in order to help the customer, and Burwins sits among the top of this list. Whatever your bike needs, you need Burwins. They also have a great range in affordable tyres, and you can get your MOT there

Just went for an MOT at the new location in Stoke Newington. Honest and fast, what more can I say! I'd love them to open more spots in London, it feels like it's getting harder and harder to find someone one can trust with one's motorbike
These guys have been repairing all my motorbikes over the years and what a shame they closed. Just wanted to say BIG THANK YOU! There have been times that they helped me and didn't even charged me. I am a home mechanic and every time I got stuck they would help. Good luck in the future, your shop will be missed!
