I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring from London Honda, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. Rob Adams, the salesman who assisted me, was simply exceptional. His professionalism and upbeat attitude made the entire process enjoyable. He was never invasive or pushy, allowing me to take my time with the decision while answering every question I had. Rob’s deep knowledge of the car's features and his genuine excitement for me as I drove off the lot made the experience even better. It's no surprise that he's being considered one of the top salesmen in Canada. When I first visited the dealership in July, I was interested in the 2024 Civic. Although there weren’t many left due to the upcoming 2025 models, Rob went above and beyond by showing me his own 2024 Civic. He also gave me a sneak peek of the updates coming with the 2025 hybrid version, including the new “Urban Grey” colour with the option for black emblems/lettering, which I ended up choosing for my new car. The purchasing process itself was incredibly smooth. Rob made sure that the car met all my needs, and I felt like I got a very fair price. To top it off, the car was delivered quickly—I was driving it off the lot just days after completing the purchase. I also want to highlight Murat, the Finance Manager, who made the paperwork process a breeze. Everything was prepared ahead of time, and while he offered necessary coverage options, he respected my decision when I chose to decline. His professionalism and efficiency were impressive. My family has had great experiences at this dealership in the past, and after my own, I would highly recommend London Honda to anyone in the market for a new car. You won't be disappointed!
Had the best buying experience at London Honda today. Matt, the very nice salesman was super great to me... zero pressure and highly knowledgeable about the entire buying process. Gianni, the financial expert, was a real pleasure to work with, this dude knows his stuff! Both Matt and Gianni worked within my budget and got me into a great used car. These two people are a very positive asset to London Honda. I highly recommend them both to anyone looking to get a reliable, and competitively priced automobile.
Sales team was great. Dealt with Chris Boyd in particular and was more than accommodating. He was great. Was able to get is great deal on a 2018 volkswagon Tiguan R-line. Finance Manager, Desiree Reid was nothing short of amazing. Handled the admin work and had everything prepared ahead of time. Offered the necessary coverage but I respectfully declined as I have a wife that works at a private auto shop that can work on the car herself and purchase parts for cost. Service team lacked attention to detail.. the front windshield had a crack which shouldn't have passed safety. It's an area that blends very well and in respect to the advisor.. would be easy to miss. Aside from thiis, the vehicle was spotless. Upon receiving the vehicle, it had less than quarter tank left of gas. Would've expected a full tank but not sure if this is standard Purchasing a used vehicle . Chris from sales team informed the service team but have yet to receive a phone call/email to rectify windshield crack. . This issue is going to be a huge hassle to me as I live about an hour away from the Honda London dealership and as well, would affect me commuting to work during the repairs. UPDATE: brought the vehicle in and they fixed the windshield and Chris Boyd filled up the full tank. Chris is the guy you want to deal with to at London Honda.
We recently purchased a Camry from this place, we can I say, we loved everything about the service and the vehicle. Jordan was our customer representative, he is absolutely fantastic and had a great knowledge about the vehicle. He literally made us very comfortable and cleared all our concerns. Moving on to the finance manager Tommy, he was super supportive and helpful. I have had vehicles from different dealers but these guys were so amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a car new or used. So so happy with their service and the package.
In 2017 I had financed a vehicle from what is now Finch Nissan. It was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only was I not walked through the purchasing process, but I felt forced to purchase the vehicle. Being quite new to London it was a very stressful process and in the end I was stuck with a vehicle I couldn’t pay for. I ended up selling it at fair market value and paid off the car loan but the whole experience left me with a very negative feeling about buying or leasing a vehicle at any dealership. Fast forward 7 years later and I was in the market for a new car. Having such a negative experience before was very triggering and I was nervous to even step foot in a car dealership…that is until a friend recommended London Honda. With their connections I visited the dealership and looked into a few different cars. HRVs, CRVs and Civics. Each time I visited London Honda I was always greeted with a smile and every staff I worked with went above and beyond to help me feel at ease and aid in my final decision. It was very torn between financing and leasing and did not quite understand the difference between the two. My first interaction with Haris was just phenomenal. He was willing to help me with my decision of which class of car to get and offered to keep in touch with me if something I liked came onto the lot. Then I got to work with Chris. Initially my friend had reached out to him as I was still a little unsure about dealerships in general and he took the call on his day off to talk with my friend and explain my situation and past experiences. Chris then met with us and took the time to really sit down and explain leasing, financing, and provide us honest opinions about each option. He was honest and to the point which in my case was a godsend. He took us for a test drive and explained everything in the car. He never ONCE pressured me to buy anything more than what I actually needed and with that respected my budget. He was patient, respectful and allowed me the time I needed to make the decision I felt was best for me. He got me a great deal on my new car and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Chris, Haris and Brian. Not only am I confident in my choice of working with London Honda but I can honestly say because of the honesty and patience I experienced with this team, I am confident that I will be a returning customer when my lease is over. I cannot thank my London Honda team for easing my nerves and getting me into a car that I just absolutely love. And that’s “how I met your Mothe-“, I mean Abigail, new HRV. Thank you again Chris, Haris and Brian for the exceptional service! I’d say I look forward to working with you again when my lease is over, but I really am liking my car right now. ;
Was looking into upgrading from my 2021 CRV to something a little bigger & had decided we wanted a passport. We were undecided whether to get the Trailsport or the Black Edition. Jack was great telling us the features each trim level had. We decided on the 2025 Trailsport. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly & knowledgeable about their products. Jack was on vacation when we took delivery & Spencer stepped in & showed us & explained the different features on our new vehicle. Will definitely be recommending London Honda to anyone who may be looking for a new vehicle.
My husband and I had a great experience with London Honda when buying a used dodge caravan last week. Adam McCollough was our salesperson, and was amazing to work with. I felt listened to throughout the whole experience. He was patient, thorough, personable and transparent. I highly recommend Adam! Bryan Park was also friendly and transparent. We enjoyed the whole process, and are thankful to both Adam and Bryan.
My salesperson Jeremy Yin and financial services manager Bryan Park were incredibly helpful while I was purchasing my very first vehicle. Walking into a dealership can feel intimidating for someone who doesn't know a lot about cars let alone purchasing one- but Jeremy's kind and gentle nature made me feel at ease and I felt I was able to trust him right away. He did such a great job that I bought the first vehicle I looked at and canceled all other subsequent appointments I had lined up at other dealerships. Once it was time to speak to Bryan, I was equally as satisfied with my experience. He was very polite and respectful and helped me understand the ins and outs of the purchase. He was very informative about all of my options for add ons and warranty and helped me understand "gap insurance." Bryan was very helpful and patient in the days following making my offer when I hit some unanticipated snags with insurance and needed to reschedule picking up the vehicle three times. He was very accommodating and kind. I am so grateful to have had such a great experience at London Honda while purchasing my first vehicle. I came in on a Monday knowing my 2013 Kia that I had for the last 7 years was finally on its last leg at 235,000km. I had a budget that I wanted to stick to and I knew I wanted to pay cash vs. financing. I was directed to sales person Christopher Boyd. My experience was that he was personable and understanding of my budget and what I needed, and got to know me without being disingenuous or scammy. We did a test drive and chatted about the few cars that I was interested in. I came back later that week and purchased the vehicle after putting $500 down and returning with the rest via bank draft. I met with Bryan Park who discuss financing and any additional things offered by London Honda. Again, I found him very understanding and not pushy. I didn’t go for the packages not able to go over budget, but he did compromise with the rust and anti-dent coating and was very good about my choices. Overall, a really pleasant experience. And they really didn’t tell me that I had to say all of these nice things, but Bryan did ask me to write this review! Lol Would definitely recommend Chris/London Honda to family and friends.
My mother and I had a wonderful time speaking to a sales advisor, Bethany, at London Honda. She displayed expertise in her role, helping us to look into a vehicle that would best suit our needs. She provided excellent customer service and made us top priority during our appointments. She went above and beyond to support us and is all around a great person to work with! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle at London Honda, I would definitely recommend working with Bethany! Bryan Park was very helpful and informative during our appointments as well as a financial services manger. He made the process very smooth and stress-free!
