Carlos, has been super helpful in assisting me with my enquiries into a new bike. He is very knowledgeable and gives a lot of time and consideration to helping make the right choices, right down to assisting me we tricky business of motorcycle insurance in London. I can not recommend BMW Park Lane Mottorad more highly.
Excellent dealership and staff couldn't be more helpful. Carlos walked me through all my options, made sorting the test ride a doddle and helped me choose the right machine and spec for me, advising on timing of delivery and extras at every step of the way. He even checked in when he was on annual leave even with Brendan doing a great job keeping things moving in his absence. It will be a long time before I need or have the loose change! to buy another brand new machine from this place but I would do so again in an instant and would recommend to friends and family.
Amazing experience. Very formal. Upon entering the BMW Showroom I was greeted and given directions to BMW Motorrad which was located on the bottom floor of the showroom. Staff were friendly and had smiles. At the bottom floor I was acknowledged by the Sales Executive who gave me valuable information on the Rookie to Rider training scheme, my options and showed me a potential Motorcycle that I could be riding. An extra mile was taken when the Sales Executive gave me the number plate of the motorcycle so I could check insurance quotes for myself at home. I was impressed by the quality of the Motorcycles seat, the handle bars, the footrests, the digital speedometer and the overall visual quality and cleanness of the Motorcycle. I was offered amazing quality refreshments from which I chose hot chocolate. The Sales Executive went the extra mile and served the hot chocolate with a packet of two Lotus Biscoff biscuits. After finishing the refreshments I had been given, I took some time to appreciate the other motorcycles in the showroom when I was greeted by sales person who gave me some more valuable advice on a sensible route of buying a motorcycle with inexpensive insurance and building my no-claims bonus so that I could in the future purchase a sensible much powerful and practical motorcycle to ride country to country with. The staff were knowledgeable and gave me the time and advice to help me make sensible decisions and provided me with effective information to help me on my journey. I would highly recommend. Without a shadow of a doubt the most professional and personal Motorrad in the country. You can see why this is the flag ship from the moment you are greeted and seated with not just friendly staff, but knowledgable and great at connecting! Within minutes I was made to feel like I knew everyone and the team was personally looking after me! Wayne Manton is an outstanding sales manager who you can trust to have your back no matter what. Brendon Read Motorrad Retail Manager ensured that he covered all basis from the initial call to collection, he preplanned and preempted - with a no issue attitude! He provides a personable and honest down to earth conversation which is extremely rare in today’s busy market. Honestly it was such a refreshing delight to work with an individual that just gets it and is working with you not against you. I look forward to speaking and popping into the store again - and hope to go out with the team on some adventures in the near future. A must place to visit and I highly recommend, I have purchased X1 PHEV and R1300GS from them - thank you for everything !
I had to edit my review here. After buying 6/7 bikes from this dealership I've been treated very unfairly about my last purchase. They sold a very expensive Navigator for a 1300gs, it never worked properly with my helmet neotec 2. Sound quality was terrible. They took back the device. After chasing them for 6 months, they are now saying I need to use another helmet and they won't refund it. This is ridiculous. They kept the device for 6 months!!! What a joke.
Superb customer service from Carlos! From start to finish Carlos listened, took on board all of my key requirements and concerns. Living over 200 miles from the dealership I still felt like I was dealing with my local dealer as Carlos made himself available for all my queries and concerns even when he was off work! I trusted him to put together the best deal for me and he did exactly that, beating my local dealer much to their displeasure. I would not hesitate to return to park lane and highly recommend them for their client care. They have an outstanding asset in Carlos.
Was looking for a good mortorcycle to have fun, do some short trip, easy to maintain, and at a reasonable price. At Motorrad Park Lane I've found what I needed easily, and everything went out smoothly, with care, it has been reassuring. Overall a great experience, as it should be everywhere. Great place to have in London, close to reach to, available when needed, and kind people to deal with, like Carlos Atouguia for example. If you are passing by maybe think of popping in, downstairs there is a mervellous expositions of new motorcycles and a trained team willing to answer to your questions.
I've bought a number of bikes here. The venue itself is very impressive, whether you're buying a car or bike. Attentive staff with a coffee or tea or water. I dealt with Brandon, who was very chatty and really knew his stuff. Sorted me out the test rides I was after and made the experience enjoyable.
I called ahead to setup review of a 310GS . I was well received and they went an extra mile to bring over the GS version from the shop for me. Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable. All current models were displayed including a fabulous S1000RR HP4 version. No you can't sit on this one . Nice variety of accessories and clothing too. A visit is recommended
