A scooter expert friend of mine advised me to come to R Agius Scooters Ltd to look at a little prang I had on my Vespa. I'd never been here before - David took a look at the problem and fixed the mirror stem in 2 seconds for no charge. He made me feel completely confident that's all it was and as others have said, things like this go a long way to prove how good their customer service is and interest in retaining customers. I will definitely come back to R Agius for servicing, MOT and other scooter requirements. Really knowledgeable and helpful and caring customer service! Thanks so much!
R Agius Scooters were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. David and the team where so helpful, proactive and friendly. David made the whole experience so easy and simple for me.I would Definitely recommend calling Agius Scooters if you are in the market for anything Piaggio Vespa scooter related. I love my new Vespa Sprint 125.
Very efficient and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the individual mechanic. After service and care is very important to me and I can’t thank them enough. I’ve had three Vespa’s from them and all have been excellent. With both there generosity and assistance they have helped me source special pieces for my bike as illustrated with the attached photos. Can’t thank R Argius enough.
R Agius the scooter kings You will not find a better place for Vespa repairs maintenance and to buy . John is probably the most knowledgeable guy there is when it comes to Vespa don’t waste your money elsewhere come and see the scooter guvnors . And all at very reasonable prices . Ps thanks for sorting my Vespa this week where others fail Agius triumphs .
The worst place to take your scooter to be fixed, they tell you it needs way more things that it really does. I have been taking three years my vespa and they totally destroyed it. Also they kept putting nails in the wheels every time i had it serviced 5 times in 3 years and the excuse was always that London is full of them in the street. Is truly the last place i would recommend being Mauro the mechanic and being charged by another person.
my wife recommended r aguis & the timing was perfect as i was looking to purchase a scooter. david had a vespa that ticked all the boxes and he spent a week getting it ready for me with a full service, mot & supply & fit of a winter blanket. a good quality oxford cover was thrown in for free. the purchase & experience is of the standard i expect & i had no doubts otherwise my wife would not have recommended them. ive been back since for david to check a squeeking sound which he confirmed was normal but the best bit was replacing a light fitting which i was unaware had gone but david said if i was happy with a second hand one he wouldn't charge medont expect this regularly david clearly knows about the value of customer retention. an excellent find & i have the confidence for all future works or services that ill be looked after and not taken for a ridegood pun

This is a charming family run shop and repair unit. Lots of great personalities in there to make the experience enjoyable. I believe they have a very good understanding of the kit and equipment and am sure the work they do is of good quality. With all this said, make sure you have a clear understanding of what you are paying for and how much it will be. 140 ponds for a clean mot and oil change is shocking at best.
I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this place, nor the family who run it. I've bought a scooter from them which they have maintained to an excellent standard for me ever since. They offer honesty, good value, expert knowledge, great customer care, and very high standards of work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Nice bunch, very friendly. Rebuilt my engine after i got completely conned by Urban Riders in Fullham who sold me a dud bike. Bike has worked perfectly for 5 years since. Always use them now because they are honest and good
