Nick was a lovely salesman. Although I didn’t end up with the bike I wanted, he talked me through the options coming later in the year and made me feel comfortable when taking the Meteor 350 out for a test ride. Lovely guys and a great selection of bikes.
Can’t thank Dan and the team enough for the service and support whilst buying my new Moto Guzzi V85TT from central bikes. Bought a scooter from these guys via video call. When it arrived it wasn't as expected. I was dealt with by Dan who was very professional and his customer service and after care was first class. He went out of his way to arrange collection of the scooter and refunded me the next day. This is a trust worthy business and in my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a motorbike/scooter. A sales team, manager and owner who understand what customer service is and how to meet the customers needs. Very impressed, highly recommend.

I recently purchased a new scooter from here, right from the beginning the whole transaction was a pleasure. I saw nick who showed me the bike, and I fell in love with. He explained all the parts to it, and even little tips. His service was extremely professional but friendly also. My partner and I walked away and said “that just felt so much better, we had previously bought a bike which did not work out and the difference was night and day. Nick explained that the bike would be checked over and ready to collect. I picked up my bike and rode it home. That even we had a slight little hiccup with it, we called the store and nick put us straight in touch with the mechanic, who…a night before Xmas eve came to our house and sorted it!! Thankyou Vito!!! I will be back in February for my MOT, and I honestly can’t thank these guys enough…customer for life now! Thanks nick and Vito!
We went to view the Piaggio MP3 range, Central Bikes had a good stock of this model and much more, well worth the visit. Nick took time out to answer our questions and help us find the the model that suited us best, he and the mechanic had a good knowledge of the product, would recommend a visit.
In my opinion the best place where to buy your two wheels in London, the shop is neat and clean, Patrick and Nick were great in helping me out to chose the right one for me, happy with my Vespa GTS 300 now! Thanks guys....
Daniel was really helpful with getting me sorted on my first bike. My Mutt Akita is now my pride and joy and I'm sure my Dad will be back to see him when he gets himself a new bike. The process was smooth and hassle free, would definitely recommend these guys
I recently bought a new bike from Central Bikes, and the process was very efficient and informative. Patrick expertly guided me through the process, and made the whole experience quite fun too! After sales care is great so far, I will certainly do my servicing and bike care here in the future.
