Excellent fish, large portion and tasty. Staff are very polite and courteous, not what is normally expected in many restaurants let alone a fish and chip shop. Chips are good as was the kebab batch we had. The shop is busy and that is down to the quality of their product, and the courteousness of their staff.

Excellent fish and chips. Can be busy at peak times so expect a wait but I'd rather wait and have fresh food. Highly recommended

Outstanding. Freshly fried haddock in crisp, tasty and light batter, perfectly cooked moist white fish inside. Chips are soft inside, crisp outside. Not double cooked but just right with fried fish.

Found this place from reviews while visiting the area for a wedding. Was not disappointed. Their batter is great. Usually fried foods make me feel sick from bad quality oil, but this didn't make me feel ill at all. Would definitely come again if I was in the area. And seeing it so popular is a great sign. The chips were also hella good. Everyone enjoyed it!!

Chips were Cold, fish was dry, batter was greasy and vile. Hair in food. Jumbo sausage was crusty and dry. Charged for 4 chips only got 3. Highly dissatisfied, would not recommend.
